I am very pleased with 800RoadAid. I got stranded Christmas eve and they were very prompt. Mark, our driver, was extremely nice and dropped my truck off right were I asked even though i was not able to go with him. Additionally, their price was well below what I thought it would be, given the distance they traveled to and from where I broke down. The two other companies I called said I "wasn't in their service area," even though they were closer to me than 800RoadAid. I would highly suggest using them.

I used 800RoadAid due to a broken wheel and two flat tires from a ridiculous pothole. Everything was very professional, the fee was very considerate. I waited less than 15 minutes and we were gone. Driver was extremely delicate with my car. My employer uses this tow company and has NEVER had any issues from a work perspective. I am very thankful to the folks at 800RoadAid for reaching out and taking care of my automobile and myself in a respectful manner and not breaking my bank account. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating with this personal encounter. Thanks again!

Came from Detroit to Bloomfield Hills to get our service truck out of a driveway ditch. Dispatcher and driver very polite - exactly how service should go! Thank you, such quality. Oakland County Sheriff Dept. Used them for their tow company and my husband remembered that, so glad he did.

Very happy with 800RoadAid. They stored our car after it was towed to another Detroit tow yard for impound after an accident. We needed to move it when the other yard was so strict and inflexible that we couldn't have it appraised properly. 800RoadAid worked with us and allowed us to keep it there (for a cost), then eventually towed it out to my house. Kim was fantastic to work with.

Thank you for an exceptional experience. The young lady was very courteous and helpful with me and contacted me afterwards to make sure I was safe and on the road. My battery died on me while I was at work and when I got off at 3:00am, it had died. She made sure to give me a courteous call to check on me. Thank you again!
